I started off entry level and was only looking for sales experience.

I found sales to be easier than I expected all it took was a lot of reps and the rest came easy as DMG only works with household brands like ATT, Sprint and even some charities which is extremely fulfilling.

Cons The growth is fast, and one of the new managers got the wool pulled over his eyes by some employees who were cutting corners.

They obviously committe fraud but still acted extremely unprofessionally whenthey were fired.

The environment or the energy at the company is very enthusiastic because its to get hype and ready for the day.

Cons One thing I did not like about them is that they lied to me how I get paid and how the whole system works.

On the job I learned that its only commission pay, turns out when you become an assistant manager you get a 400 base pay, but I did not stay long enough to find out if that was true.

The company does have a record for not paying there employees and I have heard they have been sued for not paying.

The company has moved around in RI and they do have a sister company called Market Source RI, and I have been there couple of times and to what I heard they do exactly the same.
